Early Career Mentoring Event

Conference delegates are encouraged to participate to the INGSM2024 Early Career Mentoring Event. This event is open to both mentees and mentors and will facilitate connections between the two groups.

At the beginning of the event, mentees and mentors will be split in groups of 5-6 and each group will be assigned a mentoring case study to discuss together. Unprompted discussion is also expected to arise inside and across groups. Soft drinks and hors d’oeuvres will be provided during the event.

Delegates that had indicated interest in the mentoring program in the abstract submission form are automatically registered for the event. Contact vergari@illinois.edu to register for the event  or to find more about it.
